A salesman at Deeley's in Vancouver figures the RG will be back in new form....wasn't sure about CVO though.  IMHO...he's not sure about anything....

Last I heard the RG was not going to be until 2016 model year but rumor now has it that it will be back for 2015.

More than likely a RG for 2015.  The thought was to hopefully have it ready for a mid year model but with all the issues currently on the 2014 roll-out, word is not to push the RG until the next official model year.

Look for a smaller displacement model to be released first of 2014 (probably at Daytona) aimed more toward the world market than the US.  Probably 500-600 CC displacement

Funny, we have a Deeley's Harley here in Toronto.  I wonder if it is the same dude?
All the Deeley stores originated with Trev Deeley...he's the guy that got the exclusive deal to import, distribute, AND GROSSLY MARK-UP all things Harley in Canada. Now that he is gone, the 'flagship' stores still carry his name.
I guess he is the main reason for my cross border shopping trips! Deeley has whined and complained to the MOCO about people ordering from 20% dealer in the US and getting things delivered to our home....MOCO banned that practice. Then Deeley whined that people were getting things shipped to places like Ship Happens on the US side and slipping down to pick it up....the MOCO banned that practice as well. So, people had to find a friend in the US where they could get a box of goodies delivered to a residential address...Deeley is now whining about this too! The MOCO, apparently is mandating that the purchase must be on a US credit card. How many more restrictions can Deeley get?
I can save almost 40% of Canadian MSRP.....just more hoops to jump through now. The savings pay for a damn fine week-long ride every summer.

Technically, yes.

Really, they were a current model with different finishes (paint and powdercoat).  Not a completely new model, as a theoretical 2014.5 FLTRSE would be.

Technically, yes.

But the original question was,

So still yes!

There was a Scooter being worked on back when we still did work for them (2007) that was slated for production and sales in India. I've heard it was changed into a bike instead of a scooter and is going to be offered there in two engine sizes, 500 cc and 750 cc. Wonder if that is going to end up back here?
