09 110s to 2013 110s Factory upgrades

Can anybody tell me what if any upgrades MOCO made to the 09 110 engines to the newer 110s.I am debating on whether to rebuild my engine or get the factory rebuild. I like my bike but I have had nothing but problems with the engine since the day I bought it.Runs hot ,noisy top end and now it its using a lot of oil.I would appreciate it if anybody has any knowledge of any upgrades (factory) I would appreciate it.

I don't know of any big changes. Seems just a few small changes like lifters and comp assembly's. And certain ones had regulator issues. Someone that knows more than me will surely chime in.
