I can tell you guys for a fact that the CVO mufflers are different than the standard HD stuff. The various countries have different regulations so they ALL vary by country, so one cannot assume that the CVO's are all the same as they are not. As Jerry said this all started in about 2004. The country's that required the "Active Exhaust" feature also get a different right and left side muffler!

No they don't. There are US (DOM) mufflers and European (HDI) mufflers which are completely different. In my post I refer to the HDI mufflers – this is what I have and what you have.

Thankfully there is NO ACTIVE EXHAUST on HDI CVO RK!

It used to be the HDI was HDI............. not anymore! In 2012 the moco changed all that and now there are several HDI variations that we know of and I'm sure more that we do not. We that said nothing surprises me anymore as we expect it all to be different!
