An A$$HOLE pulled out into traffic to turn left, then panic stopped when he saw me.  I had nowhere to go and T-boned him going bout 35-40mph. Spun his car 180 which hit the guy behind me causing him to loose control. I cartwheeled over the car did a tuck and roll and popped up on my feet cussing at the top of my lungs (told to me by a pasanger in the second car) I walked away with a sore butt and a cut arm!  I was 100ft and the bike stopped 75ft from the impact! The bike has $23,000 in damage, engine, trans, left saddlebag and rear wheel is pretty much what they don't have to replace!  Then the A$$HOLE comes over to me and wants to shake my hand, I managed to collect myself and only said   "just get away from me"!!!!!    

I am a true believer in antilock brakes, I was on the brakes so hard the pedal lever is bent pretty bad! I was initially going 60mph with traffic behind and to the inside lane of me.  The A$$HOLE admitted 100% responsibility to the officers, who couldn't believe I wasn't dead or at least in the hospital.

WOW  . Your tuck and roll probably saved your life!  You are very fortunate.  Happy to hear you walked away.  Sorry to see the damage to your MC.  Why did he want to shake your hand?  Was he congratulating you for not beating the crap out of him?

So glad to hear you weren't seriously injured! Stuff is much easier to fix than organs, bones, and brain matter. Don't think I could have shaken the guys hand either but at least he admitted to the error. Hope getting the bike back up and running isn't to much of a hassle!

First, I am glad you are OK.  Bikes can be fixed / replaced.  People are priceless.

Secondly. I would have that Gremlin Bell (you do have one, don't you?) gold plated.  It certainly has some juju to it!

Glad your doing well when compared to your bike.  You are lucky it was not worse.  Nice to see that you had sense enough to not get aggressive towards the individual that wanted to shake your hand.  You had enough to think about without rolling around the road with some dude that already did enough damage, why drop to his level.  Hope you are up and on the road in no time.
