Don't know of "local", but I hear stubhub.com advertised on XM a lot. They're nationwide for a lot of venues.

Yea good luck on that. I know ticketmaster by me usually comes with lube too lol. But it's legit, you could always check craigslist, but thats a craps shoot too...  good luck

It's still a fee but StubHub charges the buyer 10%.  So it's not as bad as some others (to the buyer).  They also charge the seller 15% though.  So in the end they're really racking it up.

You can probably buy most shows on line. There are tons of 'local artist shows' that don't advertise. Have seen some really good ones, also most of the bars in the music row  section of old downtown have live shows and are free. You never know who will pop in and play!!
