Judy, he's not a mean ghost.  It's like a game that he wants to play to make sure we know he's around.  I sure would like to know who he was and by what circumstances he passed.  Might explain what he's trying to do or what he's trying to say.

Don,  maybe this is really PassMeABeer!!!   This guy didn't have a tattoo but I guess PassMeABeer didn't either!  Ha ha

Cowboy

Huh, had never thought about the question of whether or not a ghost could get a tattoo?

Ah dammit...  Now I'm really all hung up on this.  These process stories just bust my balls sometimes.  Seriously, if a ghost walked in to a tattoo shop (sounds like the start of a joke all by itself) how would the process work?

Would he/she/it get a tattoo that read "Spooky"  ????

Or if it commemorates the family would it just be a pic of a bed sheet?

Would the critter suddenly deflate when the needle hit him/her/it?

Would "Passmeabeer" be.. um... self congratulating himself over in the corner while all this is going on and before considering what other art someone is doing to claim as his own?

Would the ghost get a tat in color?

There is so much more to this than one first things of.  I need to get a life.....  Or a ghost.  But only if she's cute.  I'd do a ghost.  I'm not picky.

I don't think so.  PissMeABeer will be a fly by night.  MFG, that boy was dedicated in his righteous weirdness (even his departure took a lot of effort  :2vrolijk_21: ).

I guess MFG was before my time.  Did a search and no posts showed up.  I guess Don, you'll have to fill some of us in on what we missed.

I don't need a ghost hunter, I need a ghost communicator!   Where's Jennifer Love Hewitt when you need her!

I'd follow Ted's advice and have a fan ready in every room. They're whispy apparitions lol

Cowboy

Not counting the moderators of course MFG was one of the early site nutjobs.  He could be incredibly helpful and well intentioned.  Quite honestly believe the gentleman actually had some issues that were more properly dealt with medically but his lesser angels came to the fore more often than I'm sure even he was comfortable with here.

Had an unfortunate habit of cutting and pasting damn near everything he could find on things then kinda/sorta suggesting a lot of it was his to begin with.  Was an early prolific poster.  Huge counts for the time.  Then after one too many "issues" and one too many meltdowns and one too many made up stories he grenaded his activity here with the large punctuation of spending his last couple of days going back to delete perhaps a few thousand of his own posts before actually leaving himself.

It was a sad discourse actually.  I was honestly never sure if he actually rode a motorcycle during any of the time he was here.  It seemed he likely had previously.  There were various stories of illness and/or accident and borrowed bikes and friends with bikes and his own prior bikes; but the stories tended to vary with each retelling so it was impossible to know what was real (even to him).

The site was honestly better for his departure.  Though at the time I was discomfited by the notion that he himself might have needed some sort of outlet like this and might be in some way hurt by his own leaving.  To my knowledge once he finally left none of us ever heard of or from him again.
