I like the black better, except I would add black wheels and black lower forks.

My vote would be to keep the pipes aligned with the wheels.  If all chrome wheels, then I'd prefer pipes be chrome.  If you went with the Contrast Agitator wheels (that have black in them), then I think the black pipes would really round out the stealth look!

Chrome keeps the balance of contrast in the overall look. I dig the fact that the motor is blacked out with the exception of the AC. It draws the eye to the motor.
