Matrix Brakes

Anyone have any experience with these on a touring bike?  Look like high quality, and the company is ISO 9001 certified.

They look pretty slick. eeerrrrUNslick.  The principle is solid and they have a lifetime warranty.  I guess that's as long as the life of the company.  They are pricey for the rotor but the pads aren't really that much more then the HD units.  Black on Black against a Black wheel would look bad ass.  At least methinks.... :drink:

I know that with carbon brakes om cars you have to get heat in to them before they really start to bite. I am not sure how much heat a HD can generate under regular riding. May not get the benefit of the high tech material.

Lower rotating unsprung weight is a Good Thing.  Unfortunately, I'm not seeing a carrier that'll work on my wheels.
