Somebody posted (don't remember where?) that S&S is coming out w/ Granite 124s. 'Wish that I would have known that 2 months ago :(

S&S has stated that for several months. Nothing ready to go yet. It would be nice maybe by mid summer.

It was a vendor like GMR has posted here (but on another forum).

I'm sure that "I will be able to get a ticket anywhere I need to get one" with the 113 :bananarock:

'Really hope that we can get the curves (and close #s too) of his 113 RG that Jim (hddude) posted earlier in this thread, the curves are what led me to choose the 625s, 'hoping the 625s will play well with the DD7, and my riding style...

To me, the S&S 124LC is an awesome (basically) bolt in, durable, cost effective package with a warranty, but I'm not going to cry over spilled milk...

David, with the timing of your build, might want to consider the 124LC.

It was me. I was told last week they were almost ready (124 with granite). All that was left to do was test the durability of the powder coat. They should be ready any time was the way I understood it.

Dang James, see now there is another reason for me to run across the river and visit with you. I would be more than happy to be their powder coat guinea pig!

Ed your right, for once I might get lucky and not build something right before the next new and best comes out. How's the 113 coming along? Rings sorted out?

Come on by, David! I have installed and tuned both the T124 and T124 LC version. They are very well put together, they make excellent every day useable power and a warranty to boot!

I guess that I can console myself that my VIN still matches :'( :'( :'(

Haven't heard anything since the last "Evening Update" hopefully soon...

Yes you VIN still matches and you bike still appears to be a unmolested 110 CVO. Have you took a look at the cam side of the S&S late model case? Not sure I like it at all.

If not for my timing issues (already too deep into the 113) The Granite 124 LC would be a no brainer for me :2vrolijk_21:

I'd have to try the 'Clairity' covers on the Cam Cover and the DD7 :bananarock: :bananarock:

'Might have a dialed in Granite 113 for sale... LOL!!!

2k mile update...so far no regrets at all, this motor has street manors that i would say are better than when stock, it can pass on the highway with out down shifting, and when i bang it off the rev limiter its almost scary fast... the guys i ride with say its stupid fast  :nixweiss: it has been back on the dyno for a lill tweeking for a stumbling/hesitation but now thats all good, as far as motor  noise it the same as it was before a lill ticky at 2200 rpm and fuel mileage is 36 mpg, im sure it could be better, and dam its ready for its third rear tire at 17k miles
