2013 SERK rider backrest

I know initially HD didn't have one for the '13 SERK. Is that still the case and if so, what other options are out there? Pics much appreciated!

Looks like it would be a piece of cake, with the 2 piece seat. With that being said, I have not seen one and the BB does not list one.

Check out this thread. The two piece seat on the road glide custom should be the same as the SERK. Iwas considering going this route but wound up changing to a one piece heated seat.

I had a 2 piece Mustang on a Softail, was super comfy and the buttpad made the wife happy.

I have had Mustang on my 05 Deuce 07 SERK and now on my 14SERK I love them.  Billy

I just purchased and fitted a Streetbob seat and Drivers backrest kit to my 13.
Prior to that I had one made up for the 2 piece seat....There is a Thread in this section somewhere regarding this.

Was that a direct bolt on or did you have to make some mods?

i have the Mustang Vintage 2 pc seat on my sg3..  looks great and very comfy for both me and my BSR.   you should get it and you can have it with a great backrest for you....  the stock seat really sucked.         just sayin    ,,,,,, stuart

Stuart,

Do you have a p/n for the seat. I checked a few places and I'm not coming up with that seat that will fit my bike.

Maybe I'm just not looking in the right places?

Mustang part #79600 is what I have.   Comes as a rider seat only with a back rest.  You can add the rear pillon too.  This is a very comfortable seat and the back rest makes it just right for a long day on the road. I would get this seat again if I needed one.    I got mine from Dennis Kirk.    Stuart.
