 Does any one know what brand / name / make this derby cover is? Where do I get one like it. It's supper cool.

It looks like the AIM VPC cover. Go to their website, I remember seeing a derby cover similar to this one. Forgot their website.

 AIM is the place. Thanx Geezerglide. They are $200.00 and come in chrome and black. Sweet cover and a bit different from what I have seen out there. Cheers.
