It's 11 in Atlanta, on its way down to 5-6 degrees tonight! Holy crap! I've lived here since 1992 and I've never seen this.

Makes me happy I am in relatively-balmy Seattle all week!

In the 20's and headed to 5. Winds @ 25 plus. Have at least 4 Snow Owls from the arctic region in DE right now. Guess they're feeling right at home.     JoeS

We started the day at -21F and have recovered all the way to -14F...  And tomorrow is forecast for a high of +4F - a huge improvement!!   :2vrolijk_21:

I guess the cold weather has something to do with winter and not global warming.  :D

So I am not surprised that I have to turn on the heat for a few days.
The only problem I have is the mash takes longer to ferment.

With the windchill here (-40C), it's as cold as the planet Mars which is further from the sun than we are.  :'( Interesting to note -40C = -40F.

Today it is -22°c (feels like -33°c with w.c.) which translates to -8°f (feeling like -27°f with w.c.)

They say it is the coldest day in over 20 years!

I can only imagine how the people from North Dakota must feel...

-3f at sunrise this morning, now it's up to 3f. 

It was a good test for my newly insulated garage door.  The unheated garage only got down to 45 last night.  With that cheap aluminum door it would have been almost the same as outdoors in years past.
