Infotainment System

I have a couple of questions that forum members may be able to help with with regards to the infotainment system. Normally I can work these things out, but these two questions have me stumped!

Does anyone know if its possible to have the current time displaying when in map mode?
and, is it possible to save destinations any other way than via voice control?
