Why do you want to know? If you are considering buying a CVO110 crate engine as a performance upgrade for a 103 equipped bike, because you somehow think the CVO engine is something special, you will be seriously disappointed. It would be much smarter to take the 103 to a good reputable engine builder and have it built to suit your needs using quality performance parts.
The CVO engines do not use the performance SE parts from the SE catalog. The cases, flywheel assemblies, oil pumps, cam plates and drives, bearings, etc. are the same as the standard 103 engines. The CVO does have a larger bore (different cylinders and pistons), and the CVO heads are an open chamber design versus the modified bathtub of the regular engines. They also have bigger valves and heavier valve springs (not necessarily a good thing for durability btw), but they are not the performance heads you see in the catalog. Don't forget, the CVO's have to meet the same emission regulations as the 103's. Also don't forget that the MoCo is cheap and uses the cheapest parts they can on a production bike, and a CVO is a production bike.
