4 miles today in the first six inches of snow that had fallen. At least it wasn't as cold at a balmy 18 degrees.

LOL I ran on the treadmill in Cincy as I didn't feel like bringing all of my running gear with me... that was brutal standing in one place for an hour. I'm running an early marathon this year so I HAVE to get my miles in.  :bananarock:

We have an annual marathon here that was just rated by a magazine as one of the "15 Best Spring Marathons In The US" (see #2). BTW - so not to get it twisted... my only participation/affiliation with this marathon is being on the city's event committee that coordinates/approves any special events that will impact city streets (IE: closures)... my running days are long gone now that I have artificial joint. :D

I tip my hat to youse guys from above the Mason-Dixon. Got 7" starting Wed nite. Only 3 days of the stuff and I'm bout to go bonkers.......y'all are a tough bunch!!!
