I will be happy if it's only six more weeks of winter!

Last year we got 42" in April and a few in May.

Mid March would be a great improvement.

They showed that ceremony on the news this morning.  That groundhog showdown has been going on since the late 1800s.  You may be a little happier to know that the groundhogs "success rate" at predicting the end of winter.............is 39% :drink:

It seems to me that it would be more accurate to say ... That if The Groundhog sees it's shadow we will have 6 more weeks of winter ... But if The Ground hog does not see it's shadow winter will only last another Month and a half ... :nixweiss: :nixweiss: :nixweiss:

I think the entire thing is fixed.... think about it.... if they say Phil sees his shadow (which of I haven't figured out yet how the hell Phil tells them that) and we have six more weeks of winter and then we don't nobody will be mad, however if they say he didn't see his shadow and we had six more weeks of winter then everybody would be pissed. Therefore if they say Phil saw his shadow and we have an early spring then everyone is happy and will have forgotten all about Phil "saying" he saw his shadow. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. :D :D
