« on: February 07, 2014, 04:01:08 AM »

Thinking about trading for a 14 limited or SG special, I ha  an 08 SCUC 11000 miles just curious about trade in price , I know what NADA is but two questions , how much do y'all think is good trade in price and what site do the dealers refer to for trade in pricing?

Kelly blue book would be a good place to start looking.

My HD dealership uses The Black Book and says Kelly Blue Book and the like don't accurately reflect true motorcycle retail and resale prices.  Of course the Black Book trade in pricing guide runs about $2K less (based on a 2 - 3 year old bike) than KBB.  Go figure.

Curious (for obvious reasons) what they ended up giving you for your trade?  If you don't mind sharing???

Curious as to what you think as to a comparison between the old bike and your new one.
