s&s pushrods
« on: February 09, 2014, 11:24:48 PM »

what is the difference between an s&s adjustable push rod vs. s&s quickie push rod. I bought a set of chain drive 583 cams and was wondering which pushrods I should get. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2013 fatboy with a forward facing air cleaner and vance and Hines big radius 2 into 2 pipes.

The quickee pushrods collapse more and can be installed without having to pull the tappet covers or rocker boxes. The other (non quickee) style require installing the pushrods by putting them in the tappet covers and sliding them into place together with the tappet covers or by removing the rocker boxes.
