Good description.  It may be utilitarian but it is so fugly I couldn't bring myself to pull it.

Well, the thought is what counts and looks like they did a decent job.  Design makes sense but not for me.  If I was looking for a utility type motorcycle trailer (and I'm not currently) I would go this route...
