Paint Codes for 07 SERK

Does anyone know of a painter that can match the paint with leafing graphics on the 07's yet? Specifically the razor red.  I am considering the Hoppe Fairing and don't want to spring unless it can be painted to match.  Thanks!!!

Hey If you ever get an answer to this let me know.  I have the same bike and am wanting to add hard saddlebags.

Not paint codes, but he duplicates CVO paintjobs, and does Dead Center Fairings Paint, including for SERK's. He did mine and others hard bags and fairing's, in all 3 '07 SERK colors. He's doing my TourPak right now. Gene's a great guy and does excellent work. Tell him Howie from this site sent ya! :2vrolijk_21:

What Hoist said. I guess I don't type fast enough. I've got a Razor Red '07 SERK that I'm adding hard bags, and a King Tour Pak to. The hard bags have been at the painter's place for a looong time so I'm thinking about Paint by Gene for the Tour Pak maybe.  :-\

HD won't release paint codes in order to "protect us, the CVO owners." Instead we get to deal with sometimes unscrupulous painters, paint that may not match, questionable quality work, etc. Hmmm, I'm glad they're looking out for us... I think!!  :(

I've only heard good things about Paint by Gene -maybe I'll give him a call soon.

You mean that just because HD asks an outside painter to paint the CVOs the quality is better?  A few guys with 2006s will argue with you about that.

I'm having hard bags and a Dead Center fairing done by Gene. He and Pam are really nice people. Don't get in a hurry though. My bags are going to be finished either today or tomorrow (about 2 1/2 months). The fairing paint will be finished next Wednesday and sent back over to Joel to have them install the satellite radio, reassembly and ship to me.

I'm looking forward to mid January.

Wow, those are really nice. Thats what the bike should have come from the factory with. Looking forward to some good photos of the bike when its finished.
