Update, I finally got my tune done. I really like the response and the seat of the pants feel. But they could only get 95/95 out of it. The air fuel ratio was cleaned up and looks really good but I think his dyno is off or he might have just corrected the AFR and not timing.

I was hopin to see at least 100+ on both side, still disappointed......

If your running those V&H Big Radius(?)pipes in the signature pic, we've seen that removing the baffles and cutting them in 1/2, helps those dramtically.

I won't lose back pressure if I do that? Might be a good place to start. Or I might just need to break down and do the head work.....

back to back data with that pipe ( cutting baffle) and cam has shown to have gains, however is it enough to warrant the extra dyno time. Now other cams thats another tune.
Cutting the baffle down with that cam will create a larger tq dip in the low rpm and  raise the hp but a couple.. 100/100 is only on paper.. How does your bike ride now?? The pipe you have is not bad but its not great either. It does work with certain combos but in the end the pipe will dictate the power curve.

Now the stock cam with that pipe is a bunch of fun it may not post a huge HP number but the low end tq curve is much better than the 259 curve with that pipe. I played around with this baffle and the best power it made was with the entire baffle in. Any mods hurt it on both sides.  That bike may not look like much , in a  light bike the tq hits very good, not a HP king but then again its a small cam. Like the cam dont like it.. Thats not the point. What is does show is that the pipe and cam combo need to be right.

Look out side the HD cam selection if that pipe is a keeper. Or maybe look to another pipe , the combo you have then will respond much better.. Good luck

It works well, and naturally, cylinder head mods will bring more to it.
