Just took another look before going to get my smoothie...did you Broil that before taking the shot...nice and toasted looking on top.  Perhaps for the dog's benefit?

It was a quick picture to grab.  After all, there was the odor to consider.  I don't believe in suffering for my art.  Remember, we had Steve put his ass up on that cold rock for 90 minutes in Maggie Valley.
