It's about time they came out with an EG Ultra Low.   :2vrolijk_21:

Hopefully it is lowered both front & rear.

Yeah, but it's 10 years old now!

Possibly time to update.

I thought we had a few members who are dealers?

Usually someone leaks some good details by this point.

Is this delay in releasing the new model something the CEO dreamed up to help the dealerships unload the existing models in inventory?

The reveal will be Monday morning at the Dealers meeting in Nashville. That's how they've been doing it for years. Several years ago I remember the meeting being in July though, but things change. In way you skin it, everything will be answered Monday.

It's getting harder to justify the cost of these things. The MSRP over invoice on last years CVO Ultra was around $7,800.00 and some dealers sell every one of them for MSRP. The RG CVO will be hard to negotiate on. There is no doubt that the CVO of today has much more to offer than my 07 Jester. However, knowing trade-in on my bike is $15K and I paid MSRP for it, I cannot do it again. They will have to work with me this time, or I will wait until the rich boys clear out. Thoughts?

It's not just HD, I was just at the mall in West Des Moines. There was a Suburban on display, nothing too fancy. Sticker was just shy of 70K WTF!!!!!!!! Then I looked at a crew cab 1/2 ton Chevy truck, 52K... This is just plain nuts.

Nuts is an understatement. Truck prices have been climbing at an unreal rate lately.
2013 Silverado 2500 ext cab. diesel,  $56,000.00
Was thinking about trading in for a crew cab, 2015 2500 diesel crew cab $63k. On hold,  still in sticker shock!

So much for trading up my 2005 Chebbie Dmax dually CC. It doesn't have all the nice built in stuff like the new ones but at 35,000 miles and paid off I'll just deal with what I've added on to it. If I need more power I'll just install ARP head studs and a bigger turbo. I'll need to upgrade the Allison to handle it though.

When the 2014 Chevy 2 wheel standard 1500 was released the price was almost $25K, WTF!! Stop buying the damn things and see the prices come down. This also includes the SUPER OVER PRICED CVO's!!! I for one can't believe people getting all hot and bothered over $40K motorcycles that are NOT state of the art. Don't get me wrong, I love my Harley, but the chit has got to stop!!! They brag about profits, and you would think they could make a great product, with a cost reduction.

I am hoping this will be like the last few trades for me with CVO's, last two were my CVO for the new one plus 6000 dollars.  My bike is usually 2.5 years old, with 40~45K on it.

This time it will be a 12 with 46K for a 15.  Being this is an Ultra Version of the RG, it will be more I am sure, last time it a a CVO RG custom for a CVO RG custom.  This time a CVO RG custom for a CVO RG ultra.  Hope its not more than 10K plus my bike

They've got to raise those prices to justify the 0% finance or $9,000 rebate incentive deals. It's voodoo math. Funny money & baloney!

Oh yeah. You know the ol trick. Kinda like when they offer you twice as much on a trade in buying a car! You know they just mark all the cars up lol!
