Never used Harley electronics, looks like a docking station for something. Can anyone tell me?

HD Radar-Laser detector (supposed to be a fairly good one)

Disc looks like a Garmin XM antenna

Speaker - indicator light, possibly an extension for the radar.

I had one of those Radar units and it had remote capabilities, but I never used the system.

If the antenna comes off easy, it will be labeled XM-30 or 31on the bottom if a Garmin unit.
If it is, that is the actual receiver for a Garmin GPS. And it also is doppler RADAR capable if you sign up for the subscription. The subscription is pricey, but if you have a need for it, it is very good.

Hey2K, new here, but not new to motorcycle's, been riding for 42 years. Rode with a club for many years, it's easy to get sucked in and the fun then goes "south".  Unless the owner objects, I'd clean it up, sell it and the let the money grow. When he get's out the bike may have little worth except for some bad memories. Trust me, there won't be a lot of employers looking to hire him, the money may help him back on his feet. Hope it all works out for the best.
