Definitely improved handling.  I put 12" Yaffee's on my FLHXSE3 and these 12" Todds Cycle are quite a bit shorter.  Perfect for my wife, for me, 14's would have been a better fit.

Now, she needs a new seat!   There's just not a lot of options that look good.  She wants a solo with backrest and passenger pillion.  To my knowledge, no one makes one.
