Have any of you replaced the stock exhaust?  If so, would appreciate your comments and recommendations...full systems...slip-ons...brands

Fulsac makes a head pipe without the converter and replacement baffles so you can reuse your stock mufflers and heat shields. I recently put his system on my bike and am very happy with the sound and stock look. It also cooled off the bike tremendously. He gives 10% off to members here also. If you want to change out everything the sky is the limit!

Thanks for the info.  I didn't know of this option...like it a whole lot better than a $2,000 Rinehart full system.  Which baffle did you choose?

Just ordered the Fullsac DX headers with 2" cores today for my CVO. Looking forward to some quality time in the garage, and then more quality time on the scooter.

The 2" baffles were just right, a nice rumble when twisted hard but plenty quiet at speed to hear the tunes. I am very happy with it and it works as described.

I installed Vance and Hines Power Duals Header and Monster Round Mufflers. Also had the bike dyno tuned and a race tuner installed. It's a little louder than stock and the motor breathes and sounds better. These bikes all "wake up" with exhaust and a tune.

I'll probably drive it like this for the year and if I want a little more power, get the 259 cams and 10.5:1 pistons installed next winter.

I have Drago's bike work full ceramic coated exhaust, performance is same as D&D or thunder header just much quieter and cheaper. Go to Google and search drago's dragula you will like it, add cams (I got genesis 577 from GMR) and dyno results are hp110 and tq 125 bike pulls like train from bottom, 100tq at 2.2oorpm ... hope this help

You will find many here that are happy with Fullsac products. Steve is great to deal with and provides a discount for forum members. I know mine runs cooler and quicker with his stuff.

Finished installing the Fullsac DX header/2" core configuration onto my 2014 CVO Limited yesterday and downloaded the ECM map that Steve sent me using the TTS Mastertune system. I was so happy with the results I drove off without my phone and my FOB (that hurt!). I did notice a little popping on decel so a some fine tuning may be in order, but my goal is to get some hours on it first.
