 Greetings, all,

I finally brought home my new (to me) '09 CVO Ultra.  I bought it in January but it has stayed in storage at the dealers until the salt and crap got rained off the local roads.  I've been riding since I was 7 yrs old but this is my first HD.  Compared to other touring motorcycles I've owned, it is by far the most comfortable, and is just enjoyable to drive.   I have a few long road trips planned this year for the wife and I, and look forward to many happy kilometers.

Welcome to the site Danny, lot's of good info on the boards and good people to boot. Congratulations on purchasing your first HD and making it a CVO, I didn't get a CVO until my 3rd Harley, I'm afraid there's no going back.    ::)  I found out the hard way it costs more to buy a lower cost model and trim it out to your liking.  For me it's cheaper to just start with the CVO plus they have way more value down the road when selling.

This may be of interest to you.
Attending a GTG is the best way to get to know the members and put a face to those screen names. Many a lasting friendship have come out of these GTG's,
So. if you want to meet people, ride some awesome roads, kick back and have fun, come to one or all of the GTG's. ( For the newbies out there, GTG = Get Together )
Make your plans now and avoid the rush. In other words, stop pondering and get a hankering and make reservations and attend.
