I'd demand my money back for that tune.  It's not even close to being tuned properly.

I posted up that the tune was not really done on another site where he posted the sheet. Looks to be a clutch issue down low and timing up top.. But really the thing looks more like a 100% untuned bike with a starter map if you dont look at the afr.  It does look like they did work on that some. though.

No there is no clutch issue but the 2 dips I am taking it back for. I have not hit it in the 5000rpm range yet but it probably would act like the one at 2200 rpm. it loads up and cuts out.  It runs great below and above, so if it acts that way at 2200 then 5000 prabably the same. be back there today. post a new one later.

he had it on the dyno for about 3 hours. bad thing is here in Albuquerque thunderbird is the only shop that will touch a race tuner.

If I had been the service manager at Thunderbird H-D you would have never been given that printout, and I'd have fired the idiot that turned the bike loose in that condition.  If they really are this clueless, then I'd suggest you find a qualified tuner somewhere else, even if it means a road trip.  And you can buy other (better) tuning solutions if you can't find anyone to do a decent tune with the SEPST.

Btw, was that combination of parts their recommendation, or did they just provide the lousy tune?

most of the motor build was from Santa Fe hd. I added the cfrs later which was a mistake and the thundermax  50 throttle body was my own because the stock just didn't feed the motor very well. the freedom performance American outlaws I liked the way they looked and sounded and liked the stepped baffle situation they were a little more quiet and seems to functions pretty well cause put the graph aside the numbers were my highest yet.

I just dropped the bike off at the dealer and it backfired when I rode it in  and hen showed them the graph and pointed the dips and they said your right we the guy working my bike should not have turned it over to me like that. they said air fuel graph looks right but almost seems like an electrical event. In fact one of the longest employed tuners looked at it and said if it were done right my torque should be closer to 120 but agreed it wasn't right.  we will see tomorrow.

What the heck lol.  That chart is exactly why I pulled my bike 300 miles to Drago's. I just don't trust these local Harley tuners.
