Been riding all my life, just traded a 2013 FLHRG for my CVO.  Wow.

2012 bike with 4800 miles.

Love it :).

First question.  I want to replace headers and have it tuned.  Will that voide my extended warranty?

Technically, yes the pipe and tune will affect the warranty....A lot would depend on your dealer if the need for a claim arises.
