I keep distance from trucks all around.  Ever see those pieces of tires on the road?  Positioning in traffic is a big deal with me.

Big trucks in Korea are referred to as Terminators. Blind spots don't matter and the tires are worn to the last tread. Always get around these before one of those tires go.

Thank you for the post! I have just got started teaching my 14 year old son to ride on the street and that pic will provide a visual to help explain what I am telling him.

THANKS for the great reminder about how drivers of big rigs can't see in many places! This might save lives.

Stay away from them is the best bet. When passing get around quick and pull ahead out of the way. :2vrolijk_21:

X2   And you'll find that many over-the-road truckers will appreciate it when you avoid their blind spots and pass them without lingering alongside them. They have a tough enough job on the highways, don't make it tougher on them

If you've ever been passing a big rig that suddenly shed a tire tread, you'd learn to never linger along side one.  An adrenaline filled experience!   :2vrolijk_21:
