I have a cvo 2011 street glide in almost 30.000 km. The lifter of photo in attachment was broken and at the same time I aware of to by-pass valve of jam.
I think this problem about production of harley, is there any experience like my problem? and suggestion?

This is a chronic Harley problem.  Especially with your model year bike.  Hopefully you have an extended warranty?

Just replaced my stock lifters for S&S Premium lifters for the same reason.  Seems to me that if you don't replace the lifters you are destined to end up in this situation.

Same thing happen to my buddy with a 2011 CVO Convertible with about 60 000 KM. It happened on our way to Sturgis last year. Rapid City H.D. put a new motor in his bike. $50.00 bucks for a new motor.

Man that sucks!  And they (HD) know about this problem.  Hopefully (ya I know) your dealer / HD rep will do the right thing!

I was talk today our dealer, they will change to by-pass valve, lifter and oil pump from waranty.
I think this is chronic problem for cvo 2011 and problem comes from by-pass valve, I have 2 cvo 2011 electra and street glide, in 2 months ago electra lifter broken and yesterday street glide's lifter broken.
By-pass valve jammed and by-pass always on than oiling is low later   lifter  will broken.
Both harleys on around 30.000-36.000 km.

It's important that they also clean the oil pan, oil passages and oil cooler of any debris from the damage.  And it's important to change your cam bearings...  I suspect also your cams need to be replaced too, right?  And inspect your pushrods and rocker arms, for potential damage from the broken lifter...
