A NEW IDEA FOR A HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
« on: December 01, 2006, 08:49:02 AM »

We have a place called Celebration in Florida a town that has everything you need. So we could start CVO LIVING developments all over the world. Everyone that bought homes would be CVO OWNERS. What would we need in our development Lets see if we could make a list?  I thought this might be fun you know we can dream of a perfect world right. Anything is possible if we believe.

OK, this would be like the Chicago racing development for the guys with sport/race cars.

I would imagine that for many this would be a second home (the dreaming part).

A fully complimented shop with full time manager who would have staff that could assist owner/members with all things technical.

......
Roger,
I agree with all except the part above. If we require all owners to be members here, then we will not need to have a full time manager/staff. We have way more knowledge then any shop I know of. Along with that we treat our bikes a lot better then any shop, therefore we could have our own tech seminars, those that were more proficient in one area could help others out. Sort of like the "bartering" method. Of course my specialty would be "Cleaning & Detailing, and minor bolt on of accessories.

Wow, I'm ready to put my house on the market and move!!! [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

They have a little town close to Sacramento here that has super wide streets that lead to a runway and each house has an oversized garage that also serves as a hanger and everybody has their own plane.

A friend who just retired recently asked me "do you know of any retirement community or development where everybody has a motorcycle?".  I guess there could always be a first.

I hear you Gary, but let's imagine that you, hd-dude, Hub, Q, BB, 2Ln, Jorge, Tc, JCZ, Ernie, AK, 103, Grover, Scot, Canuck, Duke, Big Al, Harry etc. etc...........you get the picture, are all out rockin' down the road, Hawg Tunes blastin', hair blown in the breeze (well the breeze part anyway) stretchin' out the legs on your new motor etc.

But your not at the CVO development and I roll in in my Gulfstream 5 (dreamin') and decide to go for a ride.

I toured this when it was new . Our development would be not so quaint . May we could do this like a time share thing right. Or a house swap. One in each State.
