We were I guess but we just ran out of time. Believe it or not, just the roads around Jimmy's house took us 9 hours to cover. The man lives in rider heaven, IMO!

Chip, you maybe right. Check out the blue CVOBO like HD should have done below (blue and silver looks nicer than the blue version they did for '14 model IMHO). Hoping the '15 CVORG comes in the same blue as Jimmy's CVORK.

My first & last CVO, Scarlett, arrived 6-1-12. I always remember my mom while riding.  She had smarts with a spirit of independence & adventure. "You Gotta LIVE!", was her motto; her favorite color red, and she loved BLING.

cam, I almost contacted you to see what rte you were taking to come down, as I live right off hwy 29 in L-burg,Va. I had thought about riding down with you, even though I couldn't stay. but just to ride & meet Jimmy. kinda sorry I didn't now. Glad you had a great time, as that area is nice riding

Oh yeah, I did notice a glimpse of red & white in a couple of pics. Like Jswerve, nice cage  :2vrolijk_21:jimmy. been looking at 64 mustang convertible a friend of mine had (he passed 2 yrs ago), his widow is thinking about selling. but I'm really chevy man.
Nice car though! got a price tag on it?

Jimmy hasn't said anything about wanting me back in NC again but I'm thinking of looking for any excuse to ride down there in the coming year(s). If I don't get an invite I know the land across from his house is perfect to pitch tent for an overnight stay. ;) So maybe next time we can ride down there together. ;D

Now that I've done the 400 highway miles on a softail ride and realized it really isn't bad at all I am ready to hit the road anytime. Y'all have some amazing roads in NC. I might reach out to you sooner than you think to take you up on the offer.
