Jim,
The SFLTRSEI2 had a supplemental service and parts manual. I believe there was also a supplemental eletrical service manual to the normal factory touring service manual. It covered the obvious changes on the FLTRSEI servicing. I may still have the supplement in my garage, let me look and if it turns up, I'll PM you. You can also check with Otis, who is as close to an expert on the FLTRSEI's as you'll find.

Jim, service manual supplement for the fltrsei2 is part no. 99488-01
It is mostly electrical.
