How incredibly unlucky.  What are the odds it would bounce into the throttle body/manifold and into the cylinder head, past the valve and get smushed.  I wouldn't go wasting any money on lottery tickets for awhile...    :(

OH by the way it took 2200 miles for this miss placed washer to get to the piston,from the air cleaner.

You might have somebody install the new engine for ya, because there is allot of washers in the swapp. No pun intended!!!! :P sorry bro.....

As said before that hurts sorry to hear of the misfortune, as Jerry said if you were happy with the power might be cheaper to just repair it and keep riding.
If you go bigger, you might consider going 124 over the 120, quieter motor, imo longer lasting and capable of more power.   I would use your own cases though to keep the numbers matching.

A complete S&S 124" comes with a warranty, roller rockers, Timken, 356-6 aluminum, 4 more cubic inches, etc., all built by the same outfit that performs all the engine re-man work for the Moco. :)
The 120R "crossed flags" part # does not have a warranty.
