SO MY VOTE IS, EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE, DO NOTHING FOR THE ENTIRE TWO YEARS. Do we have a winner? Anyone think that could happen? Anyone think it's humanly possible?  

No additional braided thing-a-mabobs, no extra chrome unnecessarities, no land speed record motor changes, and no 7 speed transmission. You've all sucked me into this hole you've created to throw my money into, in my best interest of course. Don, I'm flattered by your words about my commitment, strenghth and dicipline on this subject. Now I'm on the spot to tell you all what I'm going to do and then stick to it so you can really see that I do have that dicipline that you so eloquently described. Let me start off by saying that I took my first NEW HD completely apart, yes while under warranty, and chromed EVERYTHING I could. Front end, swing arm, peg brackets, exh brackets, controls, you name it, I chromed it. Also engine mods, pipes, carb, ignition, cam, clutch, etc. Caution to the Wind! Warranty be damned! Nothing broke either. That was 13 years ago. what have I done since then? I'm not telling yet.

You know I have two other street bikes. You know they're set-up pretty good even though you haven't seen them. I haven't posted them for you yet but I'll try to post the Pro Street tonight or tomorrow. The Wide Glide's still under construction until hopefully Sunday.  

That being said, you'd like to know how I voted. d00d of little faith. Big Daddy my CT neighbor with them fancy secret wheels on order. Funny Ed. I'll bet only Don has a chance of getting this right.  

This is what Hoist predicts Hoist wiil do. [highlight]Hoist is going to install K&N HD-0800 (it's on order), change the pipes to TD's with some kinda better muffler or another, and lastly the ECM[/highlight]. You know I'm gonna do something. I gotta leave this one until this poll goes a little further (but I'm gonna figure out how to keep my warranty with this one). I already bought the oil level/temp dipstick as well. Need fog lights on it. Maybe I'll surprise you, maybe not. And now, Drumroll Please......... Hoist predicts: HE WILL DO NOTHING FURTHER ON THIS BIKE FOR TWO YEARS, THAT WILL JEOPARDIZE HIS WARRANTY!!! HE WILL NOT GIVE IN TO FURTHER OCD. You hit the nail on the head, its bad enough to come here and hear/see what others are doing. But then you get together with some of the members see what they have done in person, hear there bikes, then ride w/them and your straining the hell out of your motor to keep up.

All I can say is he better stay away from the "HBRR's" (Hillbilly Rocket Rider's) for two years for sure. Don't even want him to fine out what a "finely tuned 95ci" can do. [smiley=nervous.gif] [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]
