Hey everybody, just thought i would introduce myself:

I am Frank from Toronto, Ontario Canada
My friends call me Cheech.

Now I am wondering: What was I waiting for ?!
After 40 years of metric bikes, I am throwin' my leg over my dream bike - a 2005 SE Fat Boy.

I went to look at Brutus (he's too big to be a girl) a couple years ago & almost cried on my way home alone.

Turns out buddy never sold him & re-listed it last January.
He had only put about 1200 kms [745 miles for our friends south of the border] on since I had seen it.
It only had 14,800 kms [9,200 m] on it - not even broken in.

I did not make the same mistake twice and this time, he was the one cryin'.

Since then, I have been on it like an expense account rent-a-car. You can not wipe the grin off my face.

VERY NICE!  Congrats on finally getting that bike you cried over.  Hey, we have all been there at some point in time...just glad you had a second chance to get Brutus.

This may be of interest to you.
Attending a GTG is the best way to get to know the members and put a face to those screen names. Many a lasting friendship have come out of these GTG's,
So. if you want to meet people, ride some awesome roads, kick back and have fun, come to one or all of the GTG's. ( For the newbies out there, GTG = Get Together )
Make your plans now and avoid the rush. In other words, stop pondering and get a hankering and make reservations and attend.

Congratulations Cheech, it's beautiful!  Looks like it has some extra chrome pieces at the rear of the seat and also the passenger pillion.  I've never seen those particular chrome pieces before, are they aftermarket?
