No pics to provide, but 21" is too close to stock. 23" will make you stand out from the crowd!

Going to bring this back.  What all needs to be changed to fit a 23" wheel on '12 cvo street glide?

to my understanding, nothing.  Just need to rake the trees and I think Pickard and Ness both make a kit for it.

Curious question. When using the big front wheel, the neck gets a welded on rake kit and the old neck is removed? What happens to the frame VIN? Aren't the numbers stamped into the neck? All the extra rake does no allow the front end suspension to work as well as it should?

No cutting, welding or frame/VIN issues on a 23" conversion. You use a racked triple-tree kit to get the extension to adjust the trail properly. Here is the kit that was used on my bike.

out of curiosity, what made you go with the HHI kit, as opposed to Pickard or Ness?  I'm going to do a 23" kit and want some recommendations...
