Does this seem tightened to you ???

Just found a leakage on my BO.  I don't consider myself as an expert, but I think the reason is pretty obvious...

Should I be worried about enerithing that should be tightened on my bike  :nervous:

At 2K miles I had noticed a decent leak from the engine base seal. I brought it in and the dealer told me to see what happens over the next 1K miles. It stopped on its own, but I made sure the dealer logged it into the system incase it didn't.

Would be nice if they at least snugged it ti the o-ring....just to keep the fricken o-ring from blowing off in the wind!   Jeesh

I had the exact same problem. when I brought the bike in for the 1K service they said that it was normal and just cleaned the oil off the motor. I haven't had any since.

When I went to the dealer, there was a guy waiting in line with a Breakout (not CVO) having the exact same problem... Fitting of the vent line not tightened...

I know this is not a major problem, but....  Seriously ??

My guess is the factory folks took the new RUSHMORE ad campain to mean two words, not one.... :huepfenlol2:
