fork lock
« on: June 16, 2014, 09:13:00 AM »

geeez didnt even get to 1,000 miles and the fork lock is not working with the key fob and you have to shimmy the handle bars in order to get it to lock manually. also the paint is coming off of the rear speaker grills on both sides in the rear. radio will not stay on the pre set channel and ipod skips in and out, WTF $42,000 on a harley what happened to the quality? not a happy camper :sauer005:

There is often no correlation between quality and price tag.

Go see your dealer...

Harley is one of those exceptions to the rule your teachers always talked about.  With some things the rule is you get what you pay for.  With Harley the rule changes to "grab your ankles".  With them the price seems to be an inverse relationship to the quality level.  You'll get used to it.  Wait until you pay the dealership to do something to the bike.  Things like $400 oil changes for instance.
