Sirius has a tech Problem can not get it all syncked....Anybody else had these problems

i have the same problem, gonna get dealer to fix. sirrius said they cant even find my radio in their system!!!

Sirius got the glych fixed, They were telling me since I had a Lifetime subscription with them that I could not add Weather/Traffic, I got on the phone with a supervisor, and with in 24 hours everything was up and running....I told the tech support that I have Lifetime subscription on #3 Other Tour Bikes and I also have Weather/Traffic on them as well...
