hi all, so i tried calling sirrius to activate my 3 month trial i gave the operator the serial number that shows up on
the radio and she said that they cant find that number in their system so we tried like 4 times and to no avail?
does anyone know what is going on with that?

Get your dealer to call it in.  It is free to you but the moco pays.

The biggest problem with dealing with those people is getting someone who knows where to look. I had to call 4 times before I got a rep who knew where to look in their database. She told me a lot of people are not properly trained and they have a big turnover in reps. I would just keep calling, make sure you tell them it is a Harley.

i hear what your saying, i told this woman 5 times it was a harley and gave her the code 5 times and was on the phone for 40 mins and 3 different people and they told me in the end that the dealer needs to enter the dealer code in to the system.

I agree. I had to call about 3 times before anyone at Sirius could get me set up for NavWeather on the zumo 665. They weren't aware of the service and told me to call Garmin. Finally got someone who knew how to hook me up.

Never Never Never Never give XM Sirrius your credit card number.  They are the worst company BY FAR to abuse the automatic renewal systems for your subscription.  Have them invoice you for any charges.  Never Never Never Never give them your credit card number.
