Getting ready to pull the trigger on new front and rear tires for my 2010 SESG.  Surdyke HD has them on-line for $170/front (Dunlop D408)and $237/rear (Dunlop D407), shipping included, and no tax.  Anyone know of a cheaper vendor?

Latus Motors in Gladstone (Portland) Oregon had the rears for $227, but with shipping it came to $242.  You might have the best total price there.

I paid $411 for a set delivered to TX from the Ohio discount HD dealer.

Having a set installed tomorrow for $557 +tax tomorrow at Hideout HD in Joplin (I'm on a road trip).  That is the installed price for a set for a 2012 CVO SG.  Pretty good IMHO.

I think you're doing pretty good at $407 a set delivered.

most recent was American Elite Gen IIs at Dennis Kirk for the Ultra. I think you've got a different front on the FLHX than my ultra and the AEs are not available for it.

Unfortunately, if you've got the 18' tall x 5' wide rear wheel, your only tire choice is the factory Dunlop and they are only available thru HD dealers.  You can find other 18x5 rear tires, but the load rating isn't high enough for a touring bike.  Pretty swift on HD and Dunlops part.
