I'm not aware of a Stage IV kit from Harley for a CVO 110 engine. And if you're really looking for stronger performance down low as you mentioned in a different thread, I think you'll find that Harley's Stage IV kits include cams that come on at higher rpms.
If you want to truly upgrade the power of your bike I'd suggest consulting a real full time professional engine builder, and avoid your dealer like the plague. You tell the pro what you want to accomplish, and let him offer his suggestions on various approaches to meet your needs. And don't forget that any serious increases in power will require a lot more than just bolting in some cams and riding off into the sunset. And of course you will also need to address the many reliability issues that any serious increase in power will expose as well.
I have no idea if you're a person who cares about warranty or a person who feels comfortable blowing off the warranty and just doing whatever mods you want and taking the risk yourself. But it is a consideration, and you need to understand that these kinds of mods will void the powertrain portion of the warranty.
