Doesn't this HD unit work?  I thought it worked but did not list the SEEG because of the DOT reg on the light bar.  I am sure this is the one used on my 06 SEUC.

Auxiliary Brake Light/Turn Signal Conversion Kit - Bullet Lens Style

Make other riders see red. This turn signal module adds an auxiliary brake light and running light function to your rear turn signals for auxiliary rear lighting. Red lenses glow when the headlamp is on, and increase in intesity when brakes or turn signals are activated. Easy-to-install the kit simply plugs into your existing wire harness. Red turn signal lenses are included. Meets DOT requirements.

This product is available in multiple variations. Be sure to look for the one that fits the specific model and year of your motorcycle.

Fits '02-'03 XL, '02-later Dyna

That's what I have.  Wrote some stuff about it and posted pictures here: http://flhrsei.org/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1162508312/51#51.

Granted, in a thread called "saddlebag spoiler lights," so probably a little difficult to find.

Has anybody hooked up the spoiler lights on the saddle bags to this module so the spoiler lights will also be a turn signal.
If so how did you do it? Is it just a matter of running the brake light wire from the spoiler to the new module?

Thanks
Ernie

Sheriff..I have this option and is excellent...it's called PANACEA from Kuryakyn and you have several options....I went with smoke lenses....because matchs the color of my bike....

Description:
Our Panacea(tm) Taillight System has set new standards in L.E.E. lighting for Harley-Davidson(r) motorcycles. The Panacea allows your rear taillight and turn signals to work together as RUNNING LIGHTS, BRAKE LIGHTS, and TURN SIGNALS!

Simple plug-in installation makes the Panacea an extremely user-friendly upgrade to virtually all late-model Harleys. If you install both the taillight and turn signal inserts, you'll have over 300 individual L.E.D.s working for you!

There are four taillight styles available with red lenses. The Laydown style, also available in cutting edge smoke lenses, illuminates red regardless of the lens color.

I could never get that unit to work on mine. I took the old one off of my 02 Ultra and everything plugged in ok but wouldn't work right. Tried the dealer and they said something was different about a plug. Then thought about buying a new one. The clear window points up to illuminate the tag above the plate. That's not what I've got. Tag's below. Finally bagged the whole idea until I get to a rally or somewhere where the maker of something that works right is present.

Now, if someone here knows something I don't know then I'm in the mood to burn a couple of bucks to light up the back. Really did like the delux panacea when I had it on the Ultra.

I used the Kuryakyn with no problem. I did put red bulbs in the smoked lenses and they looked pink, so I went to the red lenses

You might send hd-dude (Jim) a PM.  He set my 04 SEEG up that way, along with the saddle bag spoiler lights also set up as run, turn, brake lights, too.
