Bandit is a outstanding product. I have used the Evo with the hub nice :2vrolijk_21: ,.. Hub wise sometimes the stock units will crack. It does happen.

We have seen first hand when a customer installed the non comp unit.  Twisted splines on a SE pro crank..... bummer. Also well they are not smooth in low rpm parking lot type riding.  I spoke with Nacho when he was still at Evo and told him about the crank.

Stock 2010+ tensioner works fine for us.

My Baker attitude adjuster.

Bandit machine is also USA made and have a sweet setup for CVO clutch's.

From your pics, it appears that the Baker adjuster doesn't have much of a wear pattern on the shoe, and that the chain was running at an angle, and wore the adjustment plate? about how many miles? What do you attribute this to?

How is the engagement feel of the Bandit (hydraulic) Clutch?

I'm considering both of these items in the '09 SERG 117/DD7.

Thanks for any info.

100 miles on the dyno.   4-5000 on the street.  What the pic shows is the body flexed and bent.  This is a bike that puts out over 110tq at 2500.  The unit bolts at the bottom and adjust at the top.  The arm is to much for bigger builds.  A 255 in a 103.  You "might" be OK, but I can recommend a better route.

The bandit feels like most coil spring clutch's.  Positive lock up.  Different from a Belleville spring.  If you look at plate width compared to stock, and clutch surface area.  It's a no brainer to stock.

Started using Bandit clutches over 17-18 years ago...........
We have had a link to them from our site for probably 10 years now, or better.
Larger surface area, easy lever pull most of the time.
Adjustable lock-up hats if needed, also.
