I saw one last weekend in person and in IHMO, they are even uglier than in the pics. I get they might be great bikes but I don't just mean ugly, I mean really really ugly!

I don't think the new Victory is a thing of beauty by any stretch of the imagination but I've viewed worse. I've read plenty of comments from Victory riders where H-D is always the benchmark for comparison - not too difficult to understand how negative that can go. What I do like is the up and coming competition for market share. With Victory and Indian making inroads and listening to what riders want this is bound to shake things up a bit in the marketplace. Too late for my CVO but good nonetheless.

I have been cruising the Victory forum, looking for posts about engine or compensator or radio failures. Now I know I am not very adept at using search engines in forums but I didn't find any.

I am not a big fan of the design but I just might be willing to give up form for function and not be stuck sitting along the side of the road broke down and then having some dealer tell me that because I put chrome on the tail light the engine failure is not covered by warranty!

Oh and save about 15 grand in the process! But dam they are very proud of their accessories! WOWZA and I thought HD was expensive

It amazes me that they can dress it up and make it look pretty but since day one the controls on the handlebars look like cheap add on stuff.....

Amen. A coworker just bought a '14 cross country. He's always been a Honda guy rode vtx1300's for years. Looking forward to seeing if he has any issues.
