I'm pulling my bike on a trailer from Austin TX area, leaving on 25 Aug, stopping over for two nites of camping and Diamond hunting in the state park near Murfreesboro AR, and arriving Maryville TN area evening of the 27th Aug.  I have space for another bike and two passengers.  My girl is accompanying me.

Will ride the Tail and assorted North Carolina roads, Blue Ridge Pkwy and Skyline Dr, visit Wash DC area, Museums and Gettysburg and what not.  I may leave trailer and truck near Maryville TN and ride all the rest of the way and pick up the truck on the way back, or, I may leave the bike and trailer in TN and just take the truck to DC.  All depends on the weather, as I'm not interested in riding in any hurricanes, ice storms, or tornadoes.

I will be returning to Austin area around 8th Sept, again with room for one bike and 2 passengers.  It's a 4 door F150 and a big open bike trailer.

Fuel donations accepted but really not required.

Sounds great wish we could join. Already did the Carolinas in June. Hope you get some company.
