I have searched and sadly I have found conflicting information.  Do the 2007 SERK 110 have Catalytic Converters?  I have removed the stock mufflers and installed V&H Slipons.  I have read that there are supposed to be Cats in the old mufflers?  The heat on the right side is obnoxious!  The A/C is stock...can anyone give a definitive answer?

Initially, HD put the cat converter in the right muffler, but moved it to the header pipe in later production (circa 2010).  In 07, the cat would be in the right muffler.

So installing true duals isnt really gonna benefit me much at all?

True duels will rid you of the rear cylinder exhaust header on the right side, so that would probably help with the heat.  You can also impact the heat problem by getting the bike tuned properly.  In order to meet emission standards, the factory tune is very lean, which causes heat.

One needs to remember where the bike was built to be sold as, not all markets got the same thing. CA delivered bikes are different that Federal delivered bikes, as are many other places. That is where the confusion comes from.

Glen, My 07 SEUC  had Cats in both right and left muffler inlets, you removed the cats when you removed the mufflers, they are easy to see about three inches inside the inlet, In 09 the CVO Cat was moved to the header pipe on the Touring models.

While standard models differed depending on 49 state versus California calibration levels, that hasn't been the case with the CVO models.  All the CVO110's had a catalyst regardless of CA or 49 state or Canada status, in the mufflers for '07 & '08, then in the head pipe collector from '09 to present (for Touring models).

When you changed the stock mufflers to the V&H models, you eliminated the only catalytic converters on your 2007 bike.
