Dirt bikes don't have keys. Could explain their popularity. 

All joking aside, the hot shots in the video are all well dressed and riding with skill. Not what we would consider proper attire for stunt riding, but they don't look like "Gangsters" what so ever.

I'm sure they're fully insured   :-\ Like Steve sadi the don't look like a bunch of gang bangers and that one kid does have some skill (at least for wheelies) it's a shame no one has taught him any better.
